The classes involve specifically adapted yoga postures and practices to nurture the mum-to-be and her growing baby. The practices can help to maintain and develop physical strength, stamina and flexibility to support your body during pregnancy and the birthing process. We also do simple breathing and relaxation exercises to ease tension and calm the mind. The small, informal classes are designed to enable mums-to-be to feel comfortable and supported to share experiences and concerns with other mums-to-be. Classes are suitable for pregnant women after 14 weeks. Mats, cushions and blocks are provided so you just need to wear comfortable clothes.
