General Yoga

These classes will use classical and adapted yoga postures and practices to nurture, strengthen and energise the body and calm the mind.  We will explore physical practices to improve posture and alignment which can often be the cause of everyday aches and pains.   The classes will also integrate breathing exercises to help calm the body and draw the mind away from day to day concerns.  Relaxation at the end of each class will aim to release tension and create a time and space just for you.
