The classes involve simple yoga postures and practices to nurture and bring enjoyment to both mum and baby. The practices aim to support your baby’s development through passive stretching and rhythmic movement accompanied by singing and action songs. The practices aim to help you improve your posture, re-energise and recover your strength and vitality and enable you to enjoy interacting, moving and relaxing with your baby. You will also learn holds and techniques that can help soothe your baby, improve digestion and promote sleep. The class includes time for refreshments and a chat with other mums.
